Thank you for shopping with BricksBay. We are committed to ensuring that every builder is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not fully happy with your model kit, our return and refund process is designed to be transparent, fair, and free of hidden fees.


1. 30-Day Return Window

At BricksBay, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for any reason. This extended window is part of our commitment to a worry-free shopping experience.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • All original packaging (including factory-sealed internal bags), manuals, and stickers must be intact.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase from bricksbay.shop.

Non-returnable items: Partially or fully assembled models, opened internal parts bags, digital building instructions, and final sale items.


3. Missing Piece Guarantee & Exchanges

We want you to have the best building experience possible. Here is how we handle specific situations:

  • Missing Pieces: If your set has a missing part, please visit our Missing Piece Request Page. We will ship the replacements to you free of charge. Missing parts are NOT grounds for a full return.

  • Exchanges: To ensure you get what you want as quickly as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different model is to return the item you have (per our return policy) and make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If we made a mistake or the item is defective, please contact us at info@bricksbay.shop. In these cases, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement immediately.


4. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

No Restocking Fees: BricksBay does not charge any restocking or administrative fees for returns.

Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (change of mind, ordered by mistake), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the product is defective or you received the wrong item, BricksBay will provide a prepaid return label or cover all return shipping costs.

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns to ensure they arrive safely at our facility.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately back to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
