BricksBay (Operated by Glimmer of Luxury LLC) offers free worldwide shipping with tracking on all orders.
DDP – Delivered Duty Paid
All BricksBay orders are shipped DDP. We pay all customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees for you.
No surprise charges at your door – the price you pay at checkout is the final price.
“Business days” exclude weekends and public holidays. All orders are shipped with tracking details once dispatched.
Every order is shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). BricksBay covers all customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees for your order. You will not be asked to pay anything extra to the courier or customs when your package arrives. If a carrier ever contacts you requesting a duty or tax payment for a BricksBay order, please do not pay it and contact us at info@bricksbay.shop – we will take care of it.
Free shipping applies to all products except a few oversized, extra-heavy models: Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series, Mercedes-AMG GT3 Verstappen Blue Limited Edition and Audi RS6 Avant. For these models an oversized shipping fee is clearly shown at checkout before payment. These orders are also shipped DDP – duties and import taxes are paid by us.
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
We work with trusted shipping partners depending on the destination and shipping route. Carriers may include DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other logistics partners when appropriate.
Most products are shipped in the manufacturer’s original packaging when available. For certain items, including some MOC models or special cases, orders may be shipped in secure alternative packaging suitable for transit protection.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We may be unable to deliver to invalid, incomplete, or unsupported addresses.
