I Am Missing Pieces

Don’t worry—every BricksBay set comes with our 100% No-Missing-Piece Guarantee. If you find a missing or defective part during your build, we will ship the replacements to you free of charge. To ensure you get the exact pieces you need, please visit our Missing Piece Request Page and provide:

  • Order Number: (e.g., #BB1001)
  • Photo Evidence: A clear photo of the instruction manual page with the missing pieces clearly circled.
  • Part Details: The quantity, color, and part ID (if available).

Order Placed but No Tracking Yet?

Returns After 30 Days

At BricksBay, we offer a generous 30-day return window to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Standard Policy:

  • After 30 Days: We generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds once 30 calendar days have passed since your delivery date.
  • Discounted/Sale Items: Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exceptions:

Do You Sell Only the Building Instructions?

At BricksBay, we sell complete building kits, which include all the high-quality pieces required to finish your model.

How Instructions Work:

  • Standard Kits (Majority): For almost all our products, the building instructions are included with your purchase. You will receive either a printed manual or a digital version (PDF) as part of the complete set.
  • Independent Designer Sets (MOCs): For a select few models created by independent designers, the digital manual must be purchased directly from the original creator's website.
  • How to Know: If a specific set requires a separate instruction purchase, this will be clearly stated in bold within the Product Description, along with a direct link to the designer’s page.
